Stacker Crane
The crane moves palletized loads along the warehouse aisle at high speed, precisely and safely, and stacks them automatically onto the racks.
The AkdenizRack Pallet Racking AS/RS is a high-efficiency smart warehouse solution developed for the fully automated storage and retrieval of palletized products. The stacker crane system automatically moves pallets through the rack aisles, places them in the correct location and retrieves them quickly when needed. This reduces human intervention in warehouse operations, minimizes error rates and makes stock management more controlled.
The crane moves palletized loads along the warehouse aisle at high speed, precisely and safely, and stacks them automatically onto the racks.
The conveyor is a belt or chain motorized system that automatically transfers pallets and loads horizontally. It enables continuous operation at high speed and with low energy consumption, feeding the inbound and outbound lines of the AS/RS system.
Software that connects to the ERP system through an interface to manage stock, location and operational processes in the warehouse in an integrated way.
The system that provides real-time control of automation equipment and field movements in line with the orders it receives from the WMS.
Integrates the system with corporate business processes such as orders, planning and finance.
Manages the inventory inside the warehouse, storage locations and order fulfillment processes.
Controls real-time operations, task execution and crane traffic management.
Directly controls equipment movements and ensures safe, synchronized operation.
Covers the physical equipment that stores and moves products in the pallet racking AS/RS.
A work order is received from the ERP.
The WMS transfers the pallet information to the WCS.
The pallet is scanned by the scanner.
The scanner transfers the data it reads to the PLC.
The PLC transfers the scan data to the WCS.
The WCS finds the pallet's destination in the database.
The WCS sends the destination information to the PLC.
The PLC tracks the pallet all the way to its destination.
When the destination is reached, the PLC directs the pallet into place.
The PLC updates the pallet's status to "directed".
The WCS sends the "directed" status to the WMS.
